Can anyone help with with what documents are required to extend a Tourist Visa?

2 passport photos, application form? How much? Anything else?

Where can i down load an application form? I've looked on this site but didn't see it?

What time does immigration open?

also a copy of your arrival card. Fee is 1,900 baht.

I'm sure this is a daft question but i have to make sure:

Reason For Extension: Vacation It's fine to put that, doesn't have to be anything specific, right?

What time does immigration open,

At Chiang Watanna it is 0830 but you have not said where you are asking about. And yes vacation/tourist is fine.

Just to be complete and anal:

- 1 Filled in form (both sides)

- 1 Passport photo pasted on form

- 1 Authorized copy of passport ID page

- 1 Authorized copy of page with entry stamp

- 1 Authorized copy of arrival card (can combine copies on one page if you can fit it)

- 1,900 Baht.

Never heard of extension not being approved for any reason at all (or form being actually read)

Authorized basically means: sign the pages with the same signature as on your passport ID page.
