Dependent Visa For Boyfriend Of Falang Woman?

Hi! I'm a french citizen, 27, regularly traveling to China to source and produce goods then ship them to Europe.

I arrived with my girlfriend, 29, Belgian, in Thailand one year ago to settle down here in Bangkok.

She found proper work here and has Non-B and WP.

Meanwhile, I've been on tourists visas since one year as I cannot find any way to get a Non-B.

1. Set-up of a branch of my european company here in Thailand: cannot hire 5 people here, and already paying taxes in Europe.

2. Do you know if it possible to obtain a dependent visa, if we can prove that we've been together for four years? (we do not wish to marry only for visa purposes). We've called Suan Plu, but the only thing they told me is to come with a certified marriage certificate.

3. If not, any other way for me to get a Non-B (do not need work permit), i.e. through a travel agent or something which you could recommend?
