At about 10 min to 1am I lost my high speed internet service. Called true and they claim to be receiving many calls from unhappy customers in the area. They informed me they would call me back in 30 min with an update.

Anyone else lose True cable net?

Edit: just got a call back telling me the outage effects banglamung and that they hope to have it sorted by 6am.

I should add that this is the first disruption I've experienced with the new cable service since I had it installed a couple months back. Adsl was a constant nightmare with true.

And.. we're back..

that wasn't too bad.

I had it in Naklua area, It was down about 10% of the time. I was paying 5000 baht a month for the 100 meg service..

In the end they cancelled my contract early.
