plus7
Hi everyone, I have "company for house". My lawer said that due to recent land law restrictions he can't be a shareholder in my company (too many companies registered with him) and told me to find someone else. Also he said that operation of changing shareholder costs 4,000 Baht. As far as I know government fee is only 50 baht. Can you say, is that normal price in Pattaya and the reason looks .. reasonable? Or he is just ... making thai style business ?

Khun Jean
If it is time to change would you not consider to close down the company and find an alternative if possible.
