I should have got my 30 extension by yesterday in Bangkok but I failed to do so. Anyone ever get away with one day over extension. Are my options are only to leave the country and pay overstay or get 7 days in Bangkok for 2k (+overstay) now?

Normally thay are allowing reasonably late extensions of stay with payment for the overstay days.

    Keep in mind in the future you can get your extension earlier without losing any time ... in other words, you don't have to wait for the last day to go to immigration.

    Your original post ws at 0855 yesterday. Everybody told you to go to Chaing Wattana yesterday and get it fixed. Did you go , and what was the outccome?
