Best Conversation Based School In Pattaya, Ban Chang Or Bang Saray

I would appreciate your feedback and comments on what you consider is/are the best school (s) in Pattaya, Ban Chang, or Bang Saray. I want to learn how to be able to converse with Thai people as quickly as is possible. Reading and writing can come later. All going well, I would like to spend 3 years in Thailand, with extensions for the final 2 years.

I am seeking a school that provides help with an ED visa, which I will probably apply for from my home country, Ireland.

Ideally I would like to live in Ban Chang or Bang Saray and attend school there, if there is a school which is recognised by the government of Thailand, which provides ED visa support, and has good tuition (class situation, not private) in one of those two areas it would be great.

I know that most likely I will have to travel to Pattaya to find what I would like but perhaps spomeone out there knows differently?
