1 Million Baht robbery from North Pattaya Spa & Hotel

PATTAYA:--Two rooms were broken into and an estimated 1 Million Baht’s worth of valuable items in a small room safe were stolen from a North Pattaya Spa and Hotel on Wednesday evening.

Police were called to the Health Land Spa & Hotel on the North Pattaya road and to the hotel block located at the rear of the building. They met with the cousin of the owner of the spa, Khun Napat aged 43, who occupied one of the rooms and runs their Pattaya branch. The other room was occupied by the Public Relations Officer of the spa, Khun Suchanee aged 45. Although Khun Suchanee’s room was ransacked nothing was taken.

The same cannot be said for Khun Napat’s room where a room safe measuring 50x50cms was removed from the room. Inside were items of jewelry valued at over 1 Million Baht.

There appears to be no CCTV covering the two apartments and Police were given no indication of a point of entry for the thief or thieves.

PATTAYA:--Pattaya Massage Centre reports robbery of over one million baht

One of Pattaya’s better massage centres, Healthland Spa on North Pattaya Road, was the scene of a reported one million baht robbery on Wednesday.

Police were called to the upmarket centre and shown to the accommodation area where various family members of the spa owner have their rooms. Many of the rooms showed signs of a break in and robbery as they had been ransacked and pretty much every drawer and closet ripped open in, what appeared to be, a search for valuables.

A cousin of the owner reported that from her room, a small room safe had been stolen, containing money and goods worth upwards of one million baht
