Isn't this just the truth!!

Being British..............

Being British is about waking up in the morning from a bed with covers made China. Breakfast is eating Swiss muesli with oranges from Spain and bananas from the Windward Islands. Drinking coffee from Brazil or Tea from Sri Lanka laced with sugar from the Caribbean. Then shower in water that is controlled by a French company. Dress in Marks & Spencers clothes a Jewish company that imports from Taiwan and Hong Kong. Lunch is either a French baguette or a taco from Mexico. All day long we talk on our mobile phones made in Finland and after work driving a German car filled with fuel from Kuwait or Iraq to an Irish pub for a Belgian beer. Then travelling home stopping for an Indian curry, Chinese take-away, Italian Pizza, or a Turkish kebab. Then sit on Ikea Swedish furniture to watch American shows on a Japanese TV, whilst drinking wine from South Africa, Australia or Chile.

And the most British thing of all? Suspicion of anything foreign.

We do the same thing in Switzerland!!!
