am buying house on estate finished april hopefully no problems so far developer very helpfull looked at lots of other devs found this one good value. know other buyers who think same

Be careful with this development because the owner did not seperate the plots and register them at the land office yet. That means that he can not transfer the land plot neither leasehold nor freehold.

I wonder if he will ever be able to do it because that costs a lot of money and he is actually bancrupt.

I know this because i wanted to buy a house there but luckyly checked it out with a lawyer from Bangkok first which i would recommend to everyone.

The lawyers in tourist towns are simply too much involved with the property business.
