December 2, 201213 yr We flew back into BK on 8th October. Counting it looks like the 90 Day is due 5th January and that is pretty inconvenient for me. I was wondering if it can be done between Christmas and the New Year. My report place is Nonthaburi ... When is the earliest that I can do it please? Edited December 2, 201213 yr by JAS21
December 2, 201213 yr Author The earliest is 15 days before. The latest is 7 days after. Thanks .. I'll find out which days they are cloased .. if any .. after 24th Dec
December 2, 201213 yr Why not just post in your report(s)? Makes things very easy ie. just send by registered mail the required photocopies and a return envelope for your acknowledgement, fire everything off 15 days before due date, too easy. Cheers, AA
December 2, 201213 yr Perhaps because of below: Posted 2012-11-26 18:30:23 I've been in the habit of doing my 90 day reporting by post because the immigration office (Nonthaburi) is such a sod to get to. This has worked for the last few years. I just do what they say on the immigration website, send application by EMS with a stamped addressed envelope for return of the slip. No more it seems. Even though the immigration website is the same as it ever was my last EMS was returned unopened. The Post Office said nobody at immigration would sign for it. My wife phoned up immigration and they said that now I would have to come in and get updated personally. They said they hadn't got around to updating their website. Is this just recent or have I been asleep. Does anyone else have experience of this? Does anyone know why the system has changed?
December 2, 201213 yr Has the OP's passport been affixed with the bar code from Nonthaburi yet, this is maybe one reason that people are being told to report personally to do 90 day reporting
December 2, 201213 yr The earliest is 15 days before. The latest is 7 days after. Can anyone confirm this is still true? I was told not long ago that there was no longer a 7 day grace period and I forgot to check it out: mine is due tomorrow and I may not be able to get there (not that big a deal but I'd be pleased not to be fined). Sent from my iPad using ThaiVisa ap
December 2, 201213 yr 100 percent correct. It says so on the Immigration website Sent from my i-mobile i-note WiFi 9 using Thaivisa Connect App
December 2, 201213 yr Not sure on how many grace says they give you but I duo know you don't have to go in person and can send any one as an agent in your place. I never go in for my 90 day, just send the wife.

But my fixer might not get there tomorrow (since I only remembered a couple hours ago and haven't arranged it) and the wife is otherwise engaged. No biggie either way but thanks guys.
