A litre of EM and a kilo of molasses is under 100 baht This is enough to ferment 20 litres of concentrate which is then diluted at a rate of 50/1 so it gives a 1000 litres of fertilizer water. Glad you found the info you needed. EM has really helped my garden. Oh and by the way, the TV organic gardening forum has a thread on EM, and the folks there are very helpful.
