Can anyone recommend a very good xmas-Buffet at one of the hotels at a reasonable price in Bkk? Thanks.

Good and reasonable are like asking 'best and cheap' aka oxymoron. Nuff said

Most of the hotels and pubs will lay on a Christmas Buffet, which is basically their standard buffet with addition of a turkey and maybe some Christmas pud.

They will be double or treble their standard price. The Londoner has a decent and very popular Sunday Roast buffet which costs sub 500 Baht, on Christmas Day it's in the region or 1500 Baht.

They are all ok, you just have to accept that you are going to pay over odds and go to one that you fancy.

Have Xmas dinner on Boxing Day.

Best I have seen is at the Crossbar on Sukhumvit Soi 23.

Not a hotel of course but soup, smoked salmon, turkey, ham, all the trimmings followed by Xmas pud.

840 Baht for three courses/ 960 Baht for four.

Certainly fits in the "reasonable price" category!
