jimmybkk
A couple of years ago a journalist at one of the Pattaya newspapers told me the same as wans suggested, that the media are not allowed to report on the outcome of trials. I figured it was to allow for additional "negotiations'" to take place, which seemed to make sense. And it's true, you rarely do see the outcome of a court case reported. Perhaps the only outcomes that are reported are released to the press by the authorities? I would also be interested to know what is the real situation regarding this.
