If a person is less than 40 years old it is very unlikely that they are smallpox vaccinations as the WHO declared the world fee of smallpox then. The only known smallpox in the world is in weapon labs in the US , Russia,UK and possibly Israel.

Yes i do agree it may well react different to different race types, but i also strongly believe it has a lot to do with skills of a doctor/nurse as well as hygiene in the hospital/clinic and environment after it

I was basing most of my observations from what my ex wife said. Her boss was a very good plastic surgeon would not take a lot of cases because of his fear of scarring of darker skinned people. He was the best but would not even attempt a lot of procedures. Maybe we are in agreement. A good doctor would know who to cut and who not to cut. But that is only for elective surgery.

Yes, it looks like that keloid, but makes the shape often like one or several X on top of each other, and more purple than this pic, usually.

And in >95% cases located on the outside of the shoulder, about a decimeter above where i got a shot as infant.

Instead of complaining about them, why not offer your special lady free laser surgery to remove it.

I never saw it before i came to thailand at age 34, and no, i dont have any special lady with it

Anyway, there's no need to call a scar "disgusting". I've got a big birthmark on my neck - I wonder how much that would disgust you - or the surgical scars on my legs.

Are you so perfect you're able to consider small scars on otherwise pretty girls "disgusting"? I'm sure these girls aren't happy about their keloid scars from vaccinations, but they are not disgusting. If you tip these girls more they may be able to save up for laser surgery. I'd guess the larger ones could be removed for under 5000 baht.

Probably not by laser. I keloid scar too (have huge ones from surgery), but I've had things removed by laser without scarring.

Aren't you lucky. I have railway tracks on my arms, legs and hips - absolutely disgusting.

Naturally my 2nd choice was Taco Bell, but dad wouldn't have any of it. So he got me a rabies jab instead.

That is true certain ethnic groups have more chances developing scars or keloids. I've known one darker skinned Body Builder who would minimize or try to avoid any chest exercises so his chest wouldn't get any bigger as he was getting very bad skin stretch marks, same as Thai girls would get when they get pregnant, at the same time his chest wasn't any bigger than mine and I have no stretches at all anywhere.

I also believe that the way the wound is treated has a lot to do with developing scars. I was on a road trip to Yukon and Alaska with my GF this Summer, once we stopped as she wanted to go for a piss and a few minutes later she came running out of the bush with her panties on her knees, I started laughing but quickly realized that something was wrong and went out to help her. It turned out when she went out, she sat down and pissed on a wasps nest and they didn't like it. There were a lot of them everywhere on her underwear and other closes so she didn't want to pull up her panties, I went to resque her knocking the little beasts off of her, ripped her panties off, grabbed her, run and trew her into a truck. I got stung a few times in the process and she got stung about 5 times, likely not on her private parts. She kept scratching herself especially her legs even after I bought some anti-insent bites cream. Now she has a few small dark round spots on her legs and she doesn't want to wear dress or shorts being ashamed of those dark, almost black spots. It's almost clear where she didn't scratch herself and I have no traces of being stung.

She has been asking me what she could do about the scars and I told her to go and see some beauty clinic og cosmetic surgeon. I know something can be done about it but not sure what and where and if anyone can recommend a place and a name, and how much the procedure would cost me, I would really appreciate it.
