What are rules for thai people buy a new car?

When I put money in the acount of my girlfriend is this enough?

Or look the bank also for monthly regular income?

We live on the countryside my girlfriend told me , the risk that a new car will be stolen when we are not at home is very high!

GPS is not standard, it is not top model Benz / BMW for christ sake. You mean GPS trackers for anti theft reasons, you can have them installed here. However if there is a risk of car theft and that area, how smart is to buy a car while you being overseas??

Yes you can, so long as you can prove your ability to repay the loan.

Must be at least 18, must have an ID card and Tabien Ban, and must be able to pay for it. That's about it.

She will need to prove she has a legitimate job with at least 3-6 months income proof (time varies by lender), and enough income that the repayments wouldn't more than ~25% of what she makes.
