stu_$
heres the story my brother has a job lined up and everything already and engaged "lawyer" said it may take up to 18 months to get an answer and he may not get it as he was jailed 13 years ago for cultivating cannabis would something that long ago still prevent him from travelling to another country in the commonwealth ? i think in australia , ( where we are ), any charge or crim record is/can be quashed after 10 yrs if so , does he still have to declare it to canadian immigration ?
