Snoop Dogg to smoke out Together Festival in Bangkok

BANGKOK: -- The DoggFather aka Calvin Broadus aka Snoop Lion aka Long Beach-California-living-legend SNOOP DOGG is coming to Bangkok to headline the Together Festival net month.

The gangster rapper / reality TV show star / born-again Rastafarian will perform on Jan. 19 at BITEC Bang Na.

He's done his time, so don't see what the problem is. Do you think everyone who commits a crime should be banned from traveling?

I saw him in San Diego, California a week before moving to Thailand in 2005. It was a blast! Splifs being passed around everywhere. Not sure how that will work here, would be a little hesitant to participate here.

"empire state of mind" (alica keys, jay-z) was particularly in season when i was in patong. most of the malls i go to where they are having a promotion will be playing a mix of current thai or current hip hop.

snoop dogg has his niche in the rap game. you dont have to like it, but "don't hate da player, hate da game"

Convicted for what, some weed and weapon possession charges?

I think he will perform a few songs and then get off the stage for the other rappers, plus he's old now, surprised he'll be here but not sure if I will attend it.
