Visit From China - Tourist Visa

Featured Replies

My GF from China has a tourist visa to visit Bangkok - 90 days expiry single trip. Would like to be advised if she can apply for 2nd visit using the same visa after leaving Bangkok for a neighbour country. What are the procedures ??

She will only get a single 60 day entry from the visa which she can extend for 30 days at immigration.

To get a new visa she would have to return to China since she is only allowed to get visas there.

She could possibly depart the country and return getting a 15 day visa on arrival for a cost of 1000 baht.

She can get a re-entry permit before leaving Thailand for the first time. This would keep her permission to stay alive. The cost of a re-entry permit is 1,000 baht.

A tourist visa for Chinese nationals is not good for 90 days, she must use it within 3 months.
