Stationary Shop storeroom fire in Central Pattaya

PATTAYA:--A popular stationary shop had a lucky escape on Monday Night after a fire ripped through its storeroom at the rear of the building. Five fire trucks made their way to the fire at the back of the Silpaban Stationary Shop at the corner of Soi Town-in-Town Hotel and the Central Pattaya Road.

It took firefighters 30 minutes to control the fire as the owner of the shop, Khun Wanpen aged 62, looked on in-fear of losing her well-established business.

As she watched firefighters do their best to save her business she told us that moments before she had gone around the corner to the Foodland Supermarket to buy some food items. As she came out of the store she noticed fireworks in the sky and then saw smoke coming from an area close to her shop.

There is a notice in that shop.....

NO refunds..

NO exchage..

....ever

I wonder if that also got burnt?tongue.png

Never seen that notice, but it was the best shop in Pattaya, anything you need about stationary, could be found there. Even beats any of the big stores. I hope they are back in business soon.

They have another shop on Naklua road which is bigger than this shop
