Mystery murder of 38 year old man in Northern outskirts of Pattaya

PATTAYA:--A 38 year old man was shot dead as he drove home from a night out with his Cousin early on Tuesday Morning. The reason behind the shooting is currently unknown.

Police and rescue services were called to the Lompok-Takiendier road in the far northern outskirts of Pattaya just after 1.30am and inspected the body of Khun Somshart, who was lying in a drainage channel located at the side of the road. He was lying next to his damaged motorbike which had also left the main carriageway and he appeared to have been shot in his left cheek.

Family members soon arrived, including the deceased man’s cousin, Khun Manot aged 43 who revealed how Khun Somshart had recently arrived from his home in Bang Saen, 50kms from Pattaya, so he could work in the family business, Max Showcase Tyres.
