Tt&t Landlinesignal

Featured Replies

On 21/12/12 we reported to TT&T Callcenter 1103 that we not had a signal. After about 15 min. "we are not availeble now, we still service another client, please hold the line" finally a woman answers and tells us : will report to technician who will contact us tomorrowmorning.

The next morning nothing happens, so after lunchtime we again phone 1103 and ask for the same woman, but "she took the day off" and the new one tells us the same story again and she promised to let us know what was going on.

On 26/12/12 still nothing had happened and we sent an email to TT&T through //removed// (in Thai).

Within about 10 min. we got a standard reply with almost the same wording as the two Callcenter women.

And surprise surprise we could always phone their Callcenter.

Anybody out there has this kind of experience with TT&T and could give us advice on what to do next.

Many thanks in advance.

Go to their office in person. They have offices in shopping centers, etc. Forget call centers and email in Thailand.

My experience with them was very poor although this was a couple of years ago. As suggested try your local office if not too much of a trip. Doing this we got the number of a local engineer so were able to report problems, many!!!, to him straight away. He usually arrived within a day if called directly.

Remember that is now a long holiday so good luck getting anyone the next few days.

Over the years I have called all the phone & internet call centers (TOT/TTT/3BB) and I have always found them helpful. Just yesterday (Saturday) at 08.00 I called TOT's 1100 to report internet down sine Friday evening. A very polite and helpful man took down the details and promised to report to an engineer. As Saturday I expected no action until Monday, but internet was back up by 11.00 that same day. Excellent service.
