Bkk To Vietanne By Air,

Featured Replies

My ozzie friend has a 2 month multi-entry visa for Thailand, he wants to go to Laos, Vietanne by airplane to see a friend,

I seem to remember something that is not so good with this, something about the airport or customs ect?

Please tell your experience doing this,

Thanks, Lickey..

Hundreds of people do this every week, there is no problem. (What is not good about this)?

Perhaps the price, getting to the airport, the 2hr international buffer time, the potentially insane queue esp in high season for immigration, oh did I mention the price?

There is no "2 month multi-entry visa".

There is nothing wrong with the airport or customs at either end of a trip to Vientiane.

The single biggest problem in communication is the illusion that it has taken place

As this topic is a question about neither a visa nor a work permit, it is now closed. If the OP wants to talk about Suvarnbhumi airport, he should post in the forum Suvarnabhumi Airport; if it is about the Vientiane airport, he should post in Southeast Asia Forum. If he has a visa question, he should start a new topic in this forum and state clearly the type of visa and what his question is.
