I'm touching down in Thailand tonight and I start work on the 2nd so I need to find a place a soon as possible. I'll be working at the Treasury, near Victory Monument and one of their offices near Wat Pra Kaew (in Phra Nakhon) so somewhere between the two places would be fine. Ideally something around Siam. My budget is 12,000 - 20,000/month.

I'd like to be able to view the property, sign the lease and move straight in on the 1st but most agencies are closed so if anyone wants to spend New Years day showing me their condo I'd greatly appreciate it.
