fakename
Too bad the police dont take all crimes as seriously. Guess the Russian press made such a big stink, that the police just had to do something, to save face. Of course the Russian tourist industry probably got on the police as well, maybe other nationalities should do the same.

pgrahmm
Possibly there is some forensic evidence that will provide a certainty if and when someone is taken into custody. Seems that would prove beyond a reasonable doubt if available.

axact
I presume if he is arrested after the 4th of January no action will be taken as the Russians will no longer be here ? Can't have a court case if they refuse to return to testify
Potosi
According to this logic, no murderer could ever be tried. DNA is fine evidence. It's now about saving the country's face and tourism.
