I found this in a couple of seconds (one of many). http://www.doingbusiness.org/data/exploreeconomies/thailand/starting-a-business/ A lot of accountants can set up companies. They would be the best people to ask this question. You might get some good specific advice on here, but it's unlikely that you will find out everything you need to know. You could be talking from 200 Baht local tax for a street stall to a mil Baht for manufacturing. If employing people go see the SME department and they can advise for free.
