Ask your Embassy for their list

Thanks never thought of that sounds good

I would doubt that your embassy will be of any help, they wouldn't want any involvement in the Thai legal system. Hopefully, you will get advise from a member that has sucessfully used a legal firm.

I recommend

1. Chandler & Thong-Ek

2. Tilleke Gibbons.

Somphob and Associates.

Disclosure: I have a very, very high opinion of the two people who run/ran it, but that is based on experience that was many years ago.

Embassies often maintain lists, but that doesn't mean that the firms on the list have passed any kind of screening -- or are even reputable.

Tilleke & Gibbins and Chandler & Thong-ek are very expensive farang-owned firms.

Whoever you choose, give them a list of any parties on "the other side" of your issue (lawyers, principals etc) and ask them to check whether they have any conflicts. If they look blank, move on.

Not likely to be relevant though if its just a minor personal thing.
