Though I am a bit sceptical about the number of potential buyers for what they offer; 12m baht for a 76m2 condo, or 50m baht for a 3-br villa on 1 rai. They are very honest in mentioning that at these prices there is a profit margin of 70%. But hey, if you can fly to London in 60 minutes!... " Distance from the airport .
