Solar charger (like the one in the link Gary sent you) you can find by the thousands - ebay, etc - and I wouldn't be surprised if you find them in the bigger phone and computer stores in the malls here.

But are you really looking for a "case" for your phone that is also a solar charger? That, I would strongly advise against, since it would involve leaving your phone in direct sunlight for long periods of time - not sure if that's a brilliant idea...

EnerPlex has charger cases for the SGS3. I have not seen these here, not that I have looked for them.

BTW, I think the general concept of use is to leave the case (not with the phone in the case) in the sun to charge - after all this is how solar chargers are meant to work - and then plug the phone into it after it is charged.

You can make a free-standing charger with a panel, a USB cable and some diodes.
