They were always on time at the airport, and waiting for me with a sign. Drivers were friendly, just the cars were nothing special . Prices were lower than most. 0854449035, 0863921240 I made reservations via email and always had answer within 24 hours. Most importantly after a long trip you want a reliable ride, PT Taxi is the ticket. Since they are based in Pattaya a Jomtien trip late at night is perfect for them.
