Hi there, i am very new to this, sorry if anything wrong here,

I have to questions to ask. my friend is now 24 years old. he is half Thai and French (mother is Thai). was born in Thailand. then moved go Norway with mother ans step father lived there till he got norwagian citizenship and holding now norwagain passport, But also now owning Thai ID card.

He got visa to stay in Thailand for 3 months and now almost run out of visa, in this case i am wondering is it possible for him to stay here longer and stay permanent. to do so, what should he do and where to go.

He can get a one year extension of stay on current passport entry from immigration for 1,900 baht and ID card (proof of being Thai). He should obtain a Thai passport and then exit on Norwegian passport and return on the Thai passport if planning to live in Thailand now.
