PATTAYA:--A female Russian Tourist became the victim of a bag snatch in the Pratamnuk Hill area in South Pattaya early on Monday Morning.

Mrs. Nina Vitiutneva aged 53 reported the crime at Pattaya Police Station and confirmed the loss of her shoulder bag and revealed minor cuts and bruises on her left arm sustained during the bag snatch.

She explained how she had left a shop, located close to her Hotel, the Pattaya Bay Resort, and noticed she was being followed along the street by a man and woman on a motorbike.

Seiously though another news report in Perth Australia the same thing on a 73 y.o. lady with severe injuries on Friday.

BUT the Perth Cops didn't have 500Uniforms on Parade . That's probably a lesson they could get from here
