hello, one doubt.

meanwhile the bkk immigration office is keeping for a month my docs for considering my permit of stay ( non B)

and my actual single re-entry permit is not yet expired, can i exit thailand?

does the situation of being under consideration prevent me to exit ?

thanks,

No, it does not.

Provided you have a valid re-entry permit and you are back before the current permision to stay ends. If you get a new permisison to stay, you need a new re-entry permit.

I needed to exit during the 'under consideration' period and immigration at Chaeng Watthana insisted I needed a new re-entry permit even though I was going to be back before the existing one expired.

it's a bit unclear.

the 1 month under consideration stamp will overcome the validity of the re-entry permit?

let's say 15th of feb multy re-entry permit expires.

the 30th of jan the bkk immigration grant me the 1 month under consideration for the new extension for permit of stay

can i exit the 10th of feb and back to thailand the 12th ?

No, the 'under consideration' counts as a new extension and so requires a new re-entry permit.

ok, i think i got it.

willing to exit thailand during the 1 month under consideration, i'm required to get a new re-entry permit (exemple single re-entry 1000bath) because my previous multy re-entry will be null due to the under consideration stamp.

thanks a lot
