PATTAYA:--Early on Wednesday morning Police were called to Soi 21/1 off Pattaya Third Road to assist a Turkish man and his Thai partner who had just become the victim of a bag snatch by two Thai teenagers.

Mr. Turhan Doker aged 55 and his Thai partner Khun Janpen aged 35 informed Police that Khun Janpen’s bag containing 5,000 Baht in cash had been snatched as the pair drove back to their home, by two young Thai males on a further motorbike that pulled up beside them.

During the snatch, the offenders motorbike fell to the ground depositing the 14 year old passenger and one of the suspected thieves onto the road.
