Not really "creepy" nor "crawly'...more like "jumpy

& hungry"...taken this morning on a palm on our

balcony near Ubud, Bali...Nik 58 1.2 @ 5.6....

never mind the other stuff...like the crop factor.

Caught in one of our research labs. These guys have caused major damage and downtime on our research particle accelerator before. They love chewing on wire. Taken with my new LG G2 mobile phone, 13Mpixel camera.

Somehow remove that pest from the trap without being injured & place in a glass box.

Next step is to bombard the glass case with high energy electrons in the Mev range.

Record the time it takes for the rodent to meet it's demise. Of course you can also

substitute neutrons for electrons & record the time to demise...or TTD for short. The

narrower the beamwidth the better in each case.

Been a while since any posts in here. A house guest I stumbled on in the kitchen this morning. Olympus EM-1 with 14-40 f/2.8 Pro lens. These guys used to scare me silly until I found out they are harmless. Still intimidating up close though. He's about 10cm across. Now if I had that new 40-150 (80-300mm) lens I could got a shot of his eye balls and at a safe distance.

One of our house guests. Fell off the wall next to my feet, climbed back up a bit and had a stare off with me. Only had my LG G2 phone camera close by to take it with before he took off.
