Some rooms do have aircon, basic rooms, a bargain for short time stays, not sure of long time prices. They charged us when a TG brought me to her room. Many bar girls live there and its a short time hotel. OP so up to you whether you consider that good or bad. personally its not a place I would choose to stay long time.
