Big C On Koh Phangan

between Ban Tai and Thongsala, close to the bars, closer to Thongsala than they planned at first. At least that's what I was told.... the space where they build it looks quite small though.

Can anyone confirm?

Yes Big C are building on the land ,not bought the land just renting.Across from Kobra boxing. Its quite a large space they can always build up.2 or 3 storeys.

I'm impressed by the rapid speed this development is taking shape. Nice to see that some constructions can be managed in reasonable time even on this island. I guess the value of the near lots will rise now. Any ideas where the lady bars will have to move next? Maybe we see a Makro establish it self here in a near future too.

Maybe soon, authorities are already talking about Makro being 'on the way'.
