mattk1
Hi guys, I have an Epson TX121 printer that has the continuous ink supply system setup on it. I am having trouble getting anything to print out nice (lots of horizontal white lines) and it is starting to drive me mad! So before I go into detail about what I've tried so far I thought it would be worth a shot asking on here. If you are a knowledgable person about these systems I would be most grateful if you could reply. If not, I may take it to a shop, though I don't want it to beat me Cheers! innerspace
Does the ink system use custom made cartidges or holes and pipes in originals? If the latter you need new cartridges since they have a limited life. If custom cartidges then try the printer deep cleaning. If your printet has removable print head try replacing that. Else take it to a reliable shop for a full stripdown and clean.
mattk1
Innerspace, Thank you so much for your suggestion? I removed the head and cleaned the small pinhole where the ink goes through, glad the system and bingo! Back up and running. Thank you for your help :-)
