Spotted This On A Hotel Website - Increases - Thoughts

Featured Replies

I came across this on a website from a good midrange hotel in Pattaya, thoughts ?? Are these claims correct to amuse that things are on the increase big time

By October 2013 our prices will be adjusted only for the second time in 6 years:

100 Baht added to daily rate, 1000 baht added to monthly rate for all studios!

This covers not even 1 yearly inflation rate. Just to give you an idea how much the real

inflation rate is and why all businesses have already raised prices massively:

Just salaries (Gov. controlled) have gone up by 40% this year! This is driving many factories away from Thailand and it is getting very difficult for some businesses to make a living.

You may as well of posted it in the "20% inflation" thread

Not true at all. Just trying to make excuses to raise their prices. Most companies just raise them when needed. No need for a song and dance. We don't really care.

High five, the place deserves to increase inline with cost to keep the hotel in good order and in line with competitors
