Featured Replies

Interesting report, showing a peculiarity about this place not common in many others: delivering a baby in the middle of town:

Cheerful, not gruesome at all...

Wow! she didnt make a sound popping that out. Congratulations to them.smile.png

Haha, I love how she's just chillin there sniffing on an inhaler. Her facial expression shows no sign of pain at all! I guess i'm going to have to rethink this inhaler thing...

Same here, video removed by user. If you can still see it then you are probably looking at a cached copy.

Video is back. Having delivered my own child I would say that she was so distracted by the events around her she had an opportunity to focus on something else. I learnt, very quickly, that the human body KNOWS how to give birth naturally and can do it without a lot of active thought from the mother. My wife laboured for 21 hours but the actual birth took about 10-15 minutes. My wife was relaxed, strong and patient and only pushed once. She was lucky in that she could give birth on all fours where gravity does a lot of the work for you.

Whatever the deal this lady seems calm and expectant...probably didn't have the time to be scared by doctors and an unusual environment. The medical assistance turned up at the perfect time for her (as it did for us) to deliver the placenta. What a wonderful video....thanks to the person on the spot.
