THAIPHUKET
Bought the DSL 2750 U , needed more wireless range, now somewhat belated, I read= basic download speed 8MBps. that sounds very low even for Thai connection, doesn´t ?? Alternative?
Somtamnication
I bought the same router. The wifi is more stable and I upgraded it to th 103, the new firmware. Get a wifi extender. Not expensive.
THAIPHUKET
I am an amateur in these things. Wifi extender I understand extends the reach, that is not my question. I´m wondering if a 8 MBps download router makes sense, assuming BBB delivers its promised 13.MBps speed??
MJCM
A Quick look at the datasheet ( http://global.dlink.com.sg/site_pdtpdfs/DSL-2750U/DSL-2750U_ds.pdf ) gives the answer Connect to your high-speed ADSL connection with up to 24 Mbps downstream and 1 Mbps upstream. Megabytes per second and mega bits per second are NOT the same thing,
