Hello, Anybody can help to answer will be highly appreciated.

All my family members are Chinese. We have 2 kids (one is 5 and another one will be 11 in Mar, 2013) We are holding the tourist visas and in Chiang Mai, Thailand now.

• I heard and read the info about the kids that says kids under 12 won't be fined and punished if they overstay. is it right?
  
• Is there any problem when they go out and come back Thailand if they overstay?
  
• Will it influence parents' visas in future?
  
• Any law info would be helpful.

Kids 14 and under will get an overstay stamp in their passport but will not be fined.

As things stand it will have no effect on future visa applications.
