Brushing Up On Speaking Thai

Featured Replies

Hi everyone,

I was in Thailand approx 7 years ago, and at the time I could speak pretty decent Thai (not read or write though). I'm really wanting to pick up Thai again, but am low on cash so I was wondering if anyone knew of any good free "Learn Thai" sites online I could go to so I can start learning Thai again?

Your assistance would be much appreciated :)

I wish I could somehow find and download the linguafone thai course for free somewhere on the net instead of buying it cause it's sooooo expensive. I used that 7 years ago and found it to be excellent

There's loads of great sites out there for learning Thai, google things like "learn Thai" "Thai alphabet" etc etc.

Also lots of great channels on YouTube for learning Thai, just search again and choose to favourite and subscribe to channels you like, all free of course.

Search the web for Paknam network, they have loads of great sites for studying Thai.

One of my favourites is probably http://www.thai-language.com/ this is great for learning tones!

Khun Mod on youTube is easy on the eye, clear explanations too.

Tere was another language thread on this site I think with a link to download. Maybe you could do a search for linguafone.

Oh, and thanks to the others for their links.
