This requires a photo sequence to see the process so sorry for the bandwidth. Had to use 500 pixel wide images to keep everyone happy. To keep it Thai related food besides being made here, I double up on the hot spices such as black pepper, crushed Cayenne pepper and powdered red Cayenne pepper. Anyone want the recipe, feel free to ask. Not a lot of meat on this last piece of hock,Abhisit will finish off what's left tonight. The value of photo can be great setup and professionally executed photo.. or it can be a fond memory of the moment. We have also seen how the snapshots have turned into pretty great photos over the years. Taking photos is fun learning experience at the best. Please join in and post your photos as well.
