I just noticed that the fee for the settlement visa is now:-

Settlement; marriage (fiancé(e))

18,200.00

I thought it used to be 19,500. Have they put the price down, is this correct.

Perhaps they got embarassed at taking so much for doing next to nothing?

The cost is still £260.00 but the embassy has evidently revised the exchange rate it uses to convert to local currency. 18,200 works out as 70 = £1.
