BradinAsia
Where is that? It's a supermarket chain which is known by everyone in Chiangmai. Just ask anyone you see.
in the sky
As far as I know, Rimping doesn't have Graham crx. I use cookies or crackers with sugar and cinnamon thrown in. Same, same but different.
market trader
I bought graham crackers twice last year at Tops. But that doesn't mean that they will be there now. Before you ask where Tops is located. There are several locations. Kad Suan Gael and Airport Plaza are two of them. There is a Rimping store located at Nim city about a 200 meter walk from Airport plaza.
Fishenough
Often saw Graham's at Rimping Majo. Cinnamon-Graham Crackers 2 c whole wheat flour 1 c all-purpose flour 1 t baking powder 1/2 t baking soda 3/4 c brown sugar,Packed 1/2 c shortening 1/3 c honey - 1/2 cup of dark molasses instead is nice for a dessert crust 1 t vanilla 1/2 c milk 3 T granulated sugar 1 t cinnamon,Ground - sometimes added a pinch of nutmeg and cloves for a cream cheese crumb crust Stir together whole wheat flour, all purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Cream together brown sugar and shortening till light. Beat in honey and vanilla till fluffy. Add flour mixture alternately with milk to creamed mixture, beating well after each addition. Chill dough several hours or overnight. Roll out 5mm thick to fit your baking tray. Place on ungreased baking sheet, score with knife or poke in lots of holes with a fork. Combine granulated sugar and cinnamon; Sprinkle over giant cracker. Bake at 350 for 13-15 minutes. Remove from sheet at once, crumb when cool. Mix with even melt butter to form crumb crust - also works if you roll out to fit pie pan in a thicker cookie, say 1 cm plus, bake than use as is for a crust - thou this option is very crumbly and falls apart during eating - ok for ice cream pies. Quick to make, for some reason works better when using shortening than using butter.
