looks like responsibilitys down to you matey, Ive heard it happen a few times- driver in the wrong takes off. I nearly lost my life going around 80km/h when a 4x4 pulled out, fortunatly for me and my 2 passengers the car saw us and reversed out our way - I learnt my lesson not to speed on a bike again.

I could understand you had to hit the breaks hard? and maybe going to the floor I could see happen but your bike flying in some 2 other bikes causing them damage????????
