Co Ltd, 2 Year Work Permit; Can Get 1 Year B Visa Extension

Just trying to get some more different answers.

I am currently own and am a director Co., ltd but am losing that job and three of four workers.

I will keep 1 worker

Labor(orious) Dept will give me an "expert" two year Work Permit to instruct .

Questions

is the local immigration likely to extend 1 year my current B visa?

If not, would I get a 1 year B visa at Consulate?

Or chances of multi-entry ?

Or is the local immigration likely to grant a 1 year extension to a B obtained at Consulate ?

Under 2.1 of Thai Police Order 777/2551 you do not qualify for the extension because it requires 4 Thai employees.

You could look at the other clauses to see if one matches your situation.

You should be able to get a multiple entry non immigrant B visa in KL if you can supply the required documents listed here on MFA website.
