European man owns a condo in Thailand ( foreign name)

but he is died last year suddenly by heart attact ;

his widow wife also european citizen and she wants to heritage the condo from husband

we have been told that it takes 1-2 months to heritage the condo by court to his wife name

what if she wants to sell the condo to someone?

can she do it without overtake the condo to her name ?

they have also 2 adult children together ; they must also come to Thailand ?or no ?

will it be enough only when mother there for heritage or sell the condo or not ??
