Thai Tax Id / Certificate Of Residence

Featured Replies

I have Thai Tax ID card but would like to know if I still need to provide Certificate of Residence to the taxman each tax year or is copy of passport and other related documents enough?

Thanks.

Why do you have to supply a Certificate of Residence, you can do your tax online.

I like to do it in person so I take it from your reply that I need the Certificate of Residence even if already registered with the Revenue Department!

Thanks

I have held a Thai Tax ID Card and paid tax for thirty-three years (pisses me off when i think about it) and, apart from when first registering no-one has ever asked for a Certificate of Residence
