Apartments Near Bang Kadi Industrial Park, Pathumthani

Featured Replies

Anyone knows any decent and cheap place to stay near Bang Kadi industrial park? Sirindhorn international institute of technology is also located there.

I might have 2-3 month project there and I don't want to travel all the way every day from central Bangkok.

I tried googling but didn't get anything out of it. Thanks!

Cheers!

That area is littered with cheap housing and apartments aimed at students and factory workers.

I doubt you will find anything on the internet, your best bet is to go up and have a look around, however if you dont speak Thai or read it you have problems.

We are living in the only high rise building (Palmspring Condo) of Villa California - part of Bangkadi Industrial estate - and we read on a sign board in the reception area that there are a number of apartments for rent and the indicated prices go from 5000 to 15000 Baht a month.

Tel nrs of the owners are indicated but also the office girl at the reception may be able to provide advise.

We guess that a lot will depend on the size, the equipment and the state of maintenance.

Also a few hundred meters from Villa California in the direction of Pathum Thani and along Tiwanond Road there is another but smaller building where we have in the past apartments for rent (5000 Baht a month)
